INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Conditions of Play
The competition will be held in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the R&A Rules Limited and Local Rules as approved by the golf club.

Entry Requirements
Open to Amateurs who are members of a Golf Club affiliated to the South African Golf Association and who have an official handicap. Entries will only be accepted with proof of payment.
If a player does not have an official handicap the player may enter the tournament playing of a scratch handicap.

Entries
Entries will be limited to 120 players. More entries will be placed on a waiting list.

Form of Competition
Individual Stableford.

Closing date
Entries close at noon on Monday 7 September 2015. Late entries, entries without payment and entries not on the
prescribed form will not be accepted.

Withdrawals
Only written or faxed cancellation will be accepted and if received after the closing date no refund will be made.

Draw & Starting Times
The draw will be conducted by the TourGolf committee. Any competitor who is absent from the tee when called upon to
start will be liable to disqualification or penalty under Rule 6-3. The draw will be available on Wednesday 9th September 2015 on the website www.tourgolf.co.za and mailed to each player.
It is the player’s responsibility to obtain his tee-off time.

Registration
All participating players must register at least 30 minutes prior to their tee-off time on Sunday 13th September 2015. The
registration area will be located at the clubhouse entrance.

Decisions
Decisions and disputes of any kind will be dealt with by the Tournament Committee of TourGolf.

Caddies and Carts
This will be the Players responsibility. All Players must arrange for caddies or permission for outside caddies with Ruimsig Golf club.

General
The use of Distance Measuring Devices (D.M.D’s) will be permitted. Players are reminded that Devices that also measure conditions other than distance only would constitute a breach of Rule 14-3 and not permitted, whether used or not.
